Choco's Science Lab at the Ohtani Summer Festival 2026

August 8 (Sat) and 9 (Sun), 2026

We exhibited at Hotel New Otani Tokyo's Ohtani Summer Festival on 8–9 August 2026 as "Choco's Science Lab". Children made UV bead bracelets that change color in sunlight and rubber-band powered pull-back cars, asking Choco "why?" along the way. The festival drew around 3,000 visitors, and about 60 families joined our workshop. "I want to keep talking to you forever - I love Choco!" said a five-year-old girl, while a nine-year-old boy told us, "He knows more about trains than I do. I want another knowledge battle." The same plush toy was played with quite differently depending on the child's age. Thank you to everyone who visited us.
